February 2026 LLELA Campout

On the LLELA campout we all participated in a cooking competition. At the start we fought through the downpour to make lunch when we arrived, and successfully made a fire when the rain died down. Later during dinner we cooked a delicious meal to sit around the now lively fire to sit and play games (who has the hat). During dinner most of us warmed coals in the cool air for our Dutch ovens. The next day we cooked breakfast in the early morning, then helped clean everything up and circled up for thorns and roses, where it was announced (drumroll please) that the adults won! Over all we all had fun, and turned the camp out around from the challenges that the rain gave us.

Winter Camp

At winter camp we got to earn a bunch of fun merit badges. In our free time we got to explore, play sports, make candles, eat fry bread and also throw axes. We met a lot of new fun people and made new friends.

November AOL Invitational Campout

The November campout was a fun campout with the AOL's of the younger troop. We got to show them a bunch of fun scouting tools. We got to cook with them and later play capture the flag with them. Overall it was a fun campout with a bunch of younger scouts that will hopefully continue their journey in scouting through troop 226.

October Trevor Rees-Jones Campout

The October campout was a fun weekend long outing. We got to go with the younger cub scout troop, and enjoy helping them. We also got to go to a fish hatchery where we saw a bunch of cool fish and got to go fishing, don't of us actually caught some fish.
